Prophecies or Factions? - Guild Wars Forums

I just completed Nightfall, and was wondering which would benefit me most to do first. Prophecies or Factions? Also, which is the best in making money? I.E most farms and stuff like that.

Most farms would probably be factions, as there are countless of "rare factions items"-farms, all around factions, and alot of chestrunning for rare items are also here.
Though Prophecies will give you ALOT of skills to play around with.

It doesn't really matter, just pick the one you like and enjoy gaming.

Factions is rather short and fast (13 missions)...
Prophecies is long and slow (25 often loooong missions, although it has some shortcuts if you dont want to do them all).

Pick what you like best.

If you don't want to quest grind, go with Prophecies.

It's also a better story IMO and will also open the door for you to play EotN which is also pretty awesome.

He can get to Eotn whenever he wants as long as he is lvl 10 and can access Kaineng,LA, or Kama

One more question, are the missions on the tutorial island in cantha required to get the protector title?

Yes. Foreign characters need to talk to First Mate Xiang in Kaineng Docks for access to Shing Jea Island.
